Delays - Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like traffic delays, breakdown of equipment, water and power issues, weather delays

Loss or Damaged Items - we will take reasonable responsibilities for issues up to a maximum of 5 times the bill value. However,
we are not responsible for accidental damage beyond our control.

We are not responsible for high embroidery or delicate netted garments or curtains getting damaged.
Please inspect and discuss with delivery agent before handing over items
