If your item is lost or returned in a damaged state due to our negligence, you are eligible for compensation as per our garment liability terms.
In cases of uncleaned items, incomplete ironing, or quality concerns, we offer a free rewash within 48 hours of delivery.
If you receive someone else’s clothes or incorrect items, notify us immediately. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and rectify the error.
