We take great pride in handling your garments with the utmost care. While we strive for 100% satisfaction, we understand that issues can occasionally arise. This Returns & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, reprocessing, or credits are applicable for our laundry services.

Eligibility for Refund or Rewash:

🧺 Damaged or Lost Garments:

If your item is lost or returned in a damaged state due to our negligence, you are eligible for compensation as per our garment liability terms.

👕 Unsatisfactory Service:

In cases of uncleaned items, incomplete ironing, or quality concerns, we offer a free rewash within 48 hours of delivery.

🚫 Wrong Garment Delivered:

If you receive someone else’s clothes or incorrect items, notify us immediately. We will arrange for a reverse pickup and rectify the error.

Refund Modes:

🔁 Service Credits (default mode)

Credited to your account for future orders

💳 Bank Refunds

Processed on request to original mode of payment

💵 Cash Refunds

Available only for cash-on-delivery orders and on exceptional basis

What Is Not Covered:

Color bleeding or shrinkage on garments without proper wash care labels
Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery
Wear and tear due to fabric age or weakness
Stains not removable after standard procedures
